Seeks applications from non profits who are committed to catalyzing positive change within Colorado's Black community by investing in projects that emphasize arts, culture, healthcare, education, and human services. This grant seeks to elevate the quality of life, promote empowerment, and impact a thriving culture. This funding opportunity has two grant cycles. The fall cycle applications are open from August 1- September 15. The spring cycle applications are open from Feb 1- March 15 each year.
